Application Process for PPCSIP Rebates

The Pacific Power California Solar Incentive Program (PPCSIP) is closed and is no longer accepting applications.

All solar rebate applications that have been Reserved or Confirmed and have received a PPCSIP application number will have up to 12 months (Residential) or 18 months (Nonresidential) to complete the solar installation and submit the Incentive Claim Form.

Per Decision 11-03-007, the additional incentives for tax exempt entities are limited to 10% of the total nonresidential capacity.

for all residential systems and small nonresidential ≤ 10kW

  1. Complete and submit the Reservation Application Package
  2. Complete and submit the Incentive Claim Package once installed

for all Nonresidential Projects ≥ 10kW

  1. Complete and submit the Application Package and Application Deposit (if applicable).
  2. Complete and submit the Proof of Project Milestone Package.
  3. Complete and submit an Incentive Claim Form Package.
